The Heads of State and Governments of the 25 African Coffee Producing Countries convened for the 2nd edition of the G25 African Coffee Summit in Kampala, Uganda under the theme “Transforming the African Coffee Sector through value addition” to marshal support for integrating coffee as a strategic agricultural commodity in the African Union (AU) in harmony with African Union Agenda 2063. This will give Africa the leverage to address the challenges associated with value addition.
